Purpose

These terms govern access to the RESTOBAR PRO software offered by subscription to restaurants, bars and similar venues.

Registration and approval

Registration creates a pending account. RESTOBAR PRO may approve or decline an account, in particular if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Subscription and billing

The subscription is billed in US dollars according to the chosen plan. An invoice is issued at each due date. A payment counts as received only once verified by RESTOBAR PRO.

Late payment

If unpaid after the grace period, access may be suspended. Data is kept and access is restored once the account is settled.

The venue’s obligations

The venue is responsible for its staff accounts, for keeping passwords and PINs confidential, and for the accuracy of the data entered.

Data

Data entered belongs to the venue. It can back it up at any time from its workspace.

Availability

RESTOBAR PRO uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing it will never be interrupted, in particular for maintenance.

Termination

The venue may end its subscription by notifying RESTOBAR PRO in writing; it is then not renewed at the next due date.
