How RESTOBAR PRO handles data related to the RESTOBAR PRO service.
Data collected
At sign-up: venue name, owner, e-mail, phone, address, country and currency. During use: the data you enter (products, sales, customers, stock).
Use
This data is used to provide the service, invoice you and contact you about your account. It is neither sold nor rented.
Separation between venues
Each venue can access only its own data. Separation is enforced at database level.
Security
Passwords and PIN codes are encrypted. Sign-ins are limited after repeated attempts. No password is ever sent by e-mail. RestoBar Pro mobile app: each phone receives a random identifier and a pairing token (only its fingerprint is kept on our servers) together with the device model, solely to link it to your venue and let the administrator revoke it. No ads, no tracking, no location.
Retention
Data is kept for the length of the subscription, then as required by accounting rules applicable to invoices.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to kitambalaeloi@gmail.com.
Cookies
The site uses only necessary cookies: session, language, theme and chosen venue. No advertising cookies.
